Lab in the energetic Orange color is an advanced material produced in Poland by Imagine s.c. The HS formula was created especially for ultra-fast printing, express prototyping and mass production. This material is characterized by modified rheology - it ensures rapid liquefaction in the hotend and almost immediate solidification after leaving the nozzle, which allows the full potential of the kinematics of modern machines to be used.

Prof. Lab HS-PLA is an excellent choice for demanding professionals and enthusiasts who expect maximum performance. Increased fluidity (high MFI) allows smooth operation at high extrusion speeds, eliminating the risk of underextrusion and ensuring perfectly smooth side walls. At the same time, the material shows excellent interlayer adhesion and very low thermal shrinkage. The intense, saturated orange shade perfectly highlights geometric forms, making the lines of subsequent layers less visible. The filament is ideal for rapid engineering prototyping, printing housings, mock-ups, gadgets, toys and functional and warning elements.

Recommendations and suggested print settings:

To fully use the speed potential of the High-Speed formula and maintain impeccable layer consistency, it is recommended to adjust the head temperature to the planned printing speed:

• Nozzle temperature: 180°C - 240°C (For standard speeds of 50-100 mm/s, the optimal value is ~200°C. For high-speed printing above 200-300 mm/s, it is recommended to raise the temperature to the range of 220°C-235°C to ensure adequate volumetric flow/MVS).

• Bed temperature (Heated bed): 50°C – 60°C (For glass platforms and PEI sheets, to obtain a perfect first layer).

• Print cooling: 100% (Maximum airflow is crucial for High-Speed printing to quickly harden the applied paths).

• Compatibility with nozzles: The material is fully homogeneous, free from abrasive particles and safe for all types of nozzles (brass, steel, hardened) with a diameter of 0.4 mm or others.
