1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online store available at www.tinberg.pl, order placement, concluding distance sales agreements, delivery procedures, 14-day statutory return rights, and complaint policies.

Store Assortment (3D Filaments & Laser Toners)
Characteristics of supplied materials, technical parameters, and protective sealing
1. The Store sells brand-new, factory-sealed consumables engineered for 3D additive manufacturing and laser document printing:
3D Printer Filaments (FDM / FFF)
Thermoplastics (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and specialty blends). Spools calibrated with dual-axis laser inspection (tolerance ±0.02 mm), neatly wound and hermetically vacuum-sealed with active desiccant pouches.
Laser Toners & Drum Units
High-yield cartridges for Brother, HP, Canon, Samsung and more. Filled with ultra-fine polymerized powder, pre-tested microchips, and transport pull-tapes protecting the drum rollers.
2. Product photos, descriptions, and recommended printing temperatures on the website constitute an invitation to conclude a contract under the Polish Civil Code.
Orders, Pricing & Payment Methods
Agreement conclusion, currency (PLN), VAT 23% and secure payment gateways
1. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the online checkout system at www.tinberg.pl.
2. Prices & VAT: All prices shown in the Store are gross prices expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include the statutory 23% VAT. Shipping costs are displayed transparently in the cart before placing the order.
3. Invoices: A full VAT invoice is issued electronically for each order and sent to the email provided during checkout.
4. Payment Options: Fast bank transfers (BLIK, online gateways), credit/debit cards, and payment on delivery (COD) where available.
Fulfillment & Shipping Standards
Dispatch from Siemianowice Śląskie in heavy-duty cardboard boxes
1. Dispatch Time: We do our best to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible directly from our fulfillment warehouse in Siemianowice Śląskie.

1. Under the Consumer Rights Act, Consumers and sole proprietors on consumer rights may withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
Protective Seals & Hygiene Notice (Art. 38 point 5)
For 3D printing filaments, the spool is sealed in a heavy-duty vacuum pouch with active desiccant. Breaking the vacuum seal exposes hygroscopic polymers (e.g. PLA, PETG, Nylon) to ambient humidity. Customers are requested to inspect the spool diameter, color and spool weight before unsealing the vacuum bag.

Statutory Warranty & Complaints Procedure
14-day reply guarantee for any technical defect (dimensional deviation, unreadable chips)
1. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of Goods with the contract under Polish civil law.
2. If a spool has a manufacturing flaw (e.g. diameter exceeding ±0.02 mm, tangled winding) or a toner chip fails to be recognized, submit your complaint to reklamacje@tinberg.pl with your order number and photos.
3. The Seller reviews and responds to all claims within 14 calendar days.
Provisions for Business Customers (B2B)
Wholesale conditions, print farms, and office fleet supply
1. This section applies exclusively to non-consumer commercial entities purchasing in volume for business operations.
2. For enterprise disputes, the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered seat in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Personal Data Protection & Final Provisions
