Dual-Axis Optical Laser Inspection (±0.02 mm Tolerance)
Continuous laser micrometer calibration preventing extrusion jams and under-extrusion
1. Every single spool of Tinberg filament (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU) passes through continuous, dual-axis high-speed optical laser micrometers right at extrusion line exit.
Guaranteed Dimensional Accuracy: ±0.02 mm / Ovality < 1%
Laser sensors take thousands of measurements per second across the X and Y axes. If the filament diameter deviates from 1.75 mm by more than ±0.02 mm or shows ovality exceeding 1%, the automatic cutting robot rejects that section immediately. You receive only flawlessly round filament.
2. Winding Precision: Spools are layered strand-by-strand on automated CNC spooling machines to eliminate overlapping cross-loops and tangles.
Certified Page Yield Standards for Laser Toners (ISO/IEC)
Standardized testing according to ISO/IEC 19752 (Mono) and ISO/IEC 19798 (Color)
1. Page yield declarations for our replacement laser cartridges (Brother, HP, Canon, Samsung, Lexmark, Kyocera) are verified using standardized laboratory methodologies:
Black & White Laser Cartridges
Yield testing utilizing the standardized ISO test page with 5% page coverage under controlled temperature and humidity. Guarantees real-world yield matching or exceeding original OEM specifications.
Color Laser Toners (CMYK)
Standardized 5-page suite suite testing for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black cartridges, ensuring color balance and optical density throughout the entire life of the cartridge.
Chemical Safety Compliance: RoHS Directive & REACH Regulation
Non-toxic formulation free of heavy metals, lead, mercury, and hazardous plasticizers
1. RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU): All polymers used in Tinberg filaments and powder coatings in our laser cartridges comply strictly with EU restriction limits for hazardous substances. They contain zero lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBBs or PBDE flame retardants.
2. REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006): Our filaments are free from Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) on the ECHA candidate list, ensuring safe operation in prototyping offices, workshops, schools, and home environments.
Moisture Barrier Testing & Active Desiccant Sealing
Multi-layer composite pouch inspection ensuring 0% humidity ingress
1. Immediately upon leaving the calibration line, each spool of filament is oven-dried and vacuum-sealed in a multi-layer composite barrier bag alongside an active silica gel pouch.
2. Sealed packs undergo air-leak depression testing. The barrier pouch maintains an internal relative humidity of < 10%, ensuring that your spool prints with zero bubbling, stringing, or hydrolysis degradation straight out of the box.
