Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumer purchase protection for distance sales without giving reasons
1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, any Consumer and sole trader acting on consumer rights who purchases goods in the Tinberg.pl online store has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
2. The withdrawal deadline begins on the date the goods are delivered to the Buyer (or placed in the designated InPost parcel locker).
3. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a written notice of withdrawal to our dedicated desk at reklamacje@tinberg.pl before the 14-day period expires.
Packaging & Protective Sealing Rules
Important information on vacuum barrier bags and laser toner pull-tapes
Both 3D filaments and laser cartridges require specific chemical and physical protection against humidity and ambient light:
Hygroscopic Polymers & Vacuum Seals (Art. 38 point 5)
3D printer filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon) are sealed in heavy barrier vacuum bags with active silica gel desiccant. Opening or slicing the sealed vacuum bag exposes the material to atmospheric moisture, which degrades print quality. We kindly request that you inspect spool color, diameter label, and net weight through the transparent window before opening the vacuum seal.
For laser toners, breaking optical drum protective pull-tapes or removing the light-blocking cover constitutes use of the product. Returned items must be returned intact in their original manufacturer packaging.
