The copolyester polymer formula uniquely combines the most important advantages of the two most popular materials: high impact strength and mechanical resistance known from ABS with the legendary ease and printing stability characteristic of PLA. The lack of artificial dyes and the highest optical purity of the polymer base make the filament ideal for creating models that transmit light, giving a spectacular glass or ice effect (especially with the appropriate configuration of slicer parameters). This material is slightly flexible, which prevents it from cracking under load, and is fully resistant to moisture, atmospheric agents and a wide range of chemicals. • Powerful interlayer adhesion: The melt rheology optimized in the manufacturer's laboratories guarantees perfect and extremely strong bonding of successively applied plastic paths. Recommendations and suggested print settings:

Filaments from the Smart Print PETG series are extremely thermally stable. To obtain optimal technical results and maximum light transmission, it is recommended to use the following operating parameters:

• Head temperature (hotend): 220°C - 240°C (Tip: Printing at higher temperatures in this range, e.g. 235°C - 240°C, promotes better melting of the layers and obtaining higher transparency)

• Bed temperature: 80°C - 90°C (Heated work table required; due to the strong adhesion of PETG to smooth surfaces, it is recommended to use PEI textured pads or appropriate adhesive agents)

• Print cooling: 20-50% (For maximum monolithicity and transparency, it is recommended to limit the airflow; higher cooling values can be used for complex bridges and overhangs)

• Technical tip for the glass effect: To make the model as transparent as possible, try turning off the infill (Infill: 0%), setting printing only with one or more external outlines (Vase Mode), increasing the layer height and slightly raising the nozzle temperature at a reduced printing speed.

• Hardware tip (Nozzle): The material does not contain hard structural particles or fibers, so it is non-abrasive. Can be used completely safely with standard brass nozzles with a diameter of 0.4 mm and above.
