Recommendations and suggested print settings:

Due to the content of hard composite particles, before working with the Smart Print PLA Carbon Fiber filament, please read the following equipment guidelines:

• Head temperature (hotend): 220°C – 250°C

• Bed temperature: 95°C – 110°C (Stable heating profile required for optimal bonding of the first layer)

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT TIP (Nozzle): The filament contains authentic carbon fibers, which have strong abrasive properties. Standard brass nozzles will quickly become uncalibrated and destroyed. When working with this material, it is absolutely recommended to use nozzles with increased hardness: hardened steel, nozzles made of tool steel, coated with DLC coatings or with a ruby/carbide tip with a minimum diameter of 0.4 mm (the recommended diameter is 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm, to completely eliminate the risk of micro-embolisms caused by carbon particles).
