Filament PLA Galaxy Purple 1.75mm 1kg Purple z brokatem Smart Print
Product Description
Smart Print PLA Galaxy Purple filament 1.75mm 1KG – Deep Purple with Star Glitter | Premium
Take your three-dimensional realizations straight to the vast expanses of space. Professional Smart Print PLA filament from the Galaxy series in a magnetizing shade of Purple is a unique premium decorative material, produced in Poland by Imagine s.c. The traditional, extremely user-friendly PLA base has been enriched with subtle, shiny glitter particles which create a spectacular stardust effect on the surface of the finished models. The shimmering particles not only give the prints a unique, deep and eye-catching character, but also have excellent optical properties - they scatter light brilliantly, making the lines of transition of individual layers virtually invisible. It's the perfect choice for 3D printing enthusiasts of all skill levels. It is perfect for the production of unique figurines, fantasy models, decorative articles, eye-catching advertising gadgets and housings that are distinguished by their unique, cosmic aesthetics.
Properties and advantages of the Smart Print PLA Galaxy Purple filament:
- Phenomenal visual effect (Galaxy Effect): Specially selected, fine glitter particles immersed in deep purple shimmer beautifully in daylight and artificial light. This gives the models an exclusive look and eliminates the need for time-consuming smoothing or painting of the surface.
- Legendary ease of printing: The filament is based on pure polylactide (PLA), which guarantees minimal thermal shrinkage and no tendency to curl the edges (warping). It can be successfully used on devices without a closed working chamber.
- Excellent interlayer adhesion: The modified structure ensures exemplary bonding of successively applied plastic paths, which translates into geometric stability and satisfactory mechanical strength of everyday prints.
- Full safety and comfort of work: When melting in the nozzle, the polymer does not emit any irritating odors (only a delicate, sweet smell), making it completely friendly to the home, school and office environment.
- Exemplary dimensional precision of the thread: Rigorous control at the extrusion stage ensures a constant diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance of +/- 0.03 mm, which guarantees even and stable material feeding through the extruder without the risk of blocking the nozzle.

Recommendations and suggested print settings:
Galaxy series materials are extremely friendly in processing. Although the particles contained in them do not have a strong abrasive effect, it is worth familiarizing yourself with the optimal operating parameters:
• Head temperature (hotend): 185°C - 215°C (Values from the upper temperature range allow for stronger bonding of the layers and a slightly greater gloss of the polymer base)
• Bed temperature: 25°C - 60°C (Cold printing is possible when using high-adhesion substrates or adhesive adhesives, but heating the table to approximately 50-60°C guarantees full thermal stability)
• Print cooling: 80-100% (Intensive fan airflow facilitates the reproduction of small details, sharp edges and trouble-free printing of overhangs and bridges)
• Hardware tip (Nozzle): The glitter used is very fine and the filament can be used without any problems with standard brass nozzles with a diameter of 0.4 mm. Due to the presence of microparticles, it is not recommended to use nozzles with extremely small diameters (e.g. 0.2 mm or smaller) to completely eliminate the risk of particle sedimentation.
