Filament PLA Prof. Lab 1.75mm 1kg Marmur Marble Kamień Struktura
Product Description
Filament Prof. Lab PLA Marble 1.75mm 1kg | Marble – Premium Realistic Stone Effect
Transform your digital designs into monumental works and delight with the natural aesthetics of classic minerals. Top-class filament Prof. Lab PLA in a unique Marble color variant is an advanced engineering-grade thermoplastic. It was developed specifically to imitate authentic stone structures. A matrix of high-quality biodegradable polylactide has been permanently combined with precisely selected mineral microparticles. This special fusion gives the finished print a matte, non-uniform appearance, which extremely effectively and naturally masks the boundaries of horizontal incremental layers.
Despite its advanced visual structure, the filament retains its iconic, complete ease of use - it is an excellent choice both for people taking their first steps in the world of FDM technology, and for professional design studios. The material is characterized by exceptionally smooth, stable extrusion and negligible thermal shrinkage (low warping), which completely prevents edge curling and enables trouble-free printing without a closed working chamber. This is an unrivaled choice for printing artistic statues, architectural models, historical replicas, vases, flower pots and designer interior design elements. The product works with the vast majority of open 3D printers on the market.
Why is it worth choosing stone filament Prof. Lab PLA Marble?
- Authentic visual effect: Mineral particles embedded in the light polymer background give the models a raw, stone character, completely eliminating the traditional, artificial shine of plastic.
- Safe for standard components: The mineral microparticles used do not have abrasive (abrasive) properties - the material can be safely and long-term printed using ordinary brass nozzles with a diameter of 0.4 mm and above.
- Exemplary adhesion and simplicity of printing: It is characterized by excellent bonding of layers and excellent adhesion to the build platform, eliminating the need to use advanced adhesive chemicals.
- Rigorous geometric precision: Strict production control ensures a constant line diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance of 0.03 mm, which guarantees even polymer flow and eliminates the risk of clogging the extruder.
Technical parameters and print settings:
Filament diameter: 1.75 mm (geometric tolerance: ± 0.03 mm) Color/Effect: Marble (Light marble with darker mineral particles) Net weight of the material: 1.0 kg (gross weight with packaging: ~1.3 kg) Nozzle Temperature (Nozzle): 185°C – 215°C (suggested starting value: 200°C) Table temperature (Bed): 25°C - 60°C (no absolute need to heat the table strongly) Spool dimensions: Outer diameter: 195 mm | Centering hole: 75 mm Producer / Country of origin: Imagine s.c., Cholerzyn (Poland)
Compatibility with 3D printers:
The material works with Open Spool devices (supporting materials from any manufacturer) and does not require coded authorization chips.
Fully compatible with devices from leading brands:
• Prusa (i3 MK3S+, MK4, Mini) • Bambu Lab (P1P, P1S, X1C, A1 series) • Creality (Ender, CR, K1 series) • Anycubic • Artillery • Flashforge • Elegoo • Voxellab and any other FDM/FFF designs equipped with Direct or Bowden extruders.
Packaging information and operating instructions:
The filament is wound on a stiff, stable spool, which guarantees smooth unwinding of the thread through the feeding systems without the risk of jams. The whole thing is factory-packed and hermetically sealed in a barrier foil in a vacuum cover along with a fresh moisture absorber (silica gel), which protects the polymer against degradation and moisture during transport.
Operating tip: To obtain the maximum matte and realistic stone texture, it is recommended to use intensive cooling of the print (100% airflow) and avoid too high nozzle temperatures, which could lead to unnecessary gloss of the polymer base. Before starting work, it is recommended to traditionally degrease the work surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Once opened, it is recommended to store the spool in a dry environment with a moisture absorber to prevent stringing.
