Filament PLA Smart Print 1.75mm 1kg Marmur Beton Marble Concrete
Product Description
Filament Smart Print PLA 1.75mm 1kg | Marble Concrete (Marble / Concrete) – Premium Stone Effect
Give your three-dimensional designs a raw, monumental character and delight with the natural texture of minerals. The highest-class Smart Print PLA filament in a unique Marble Concrete color variant (Marble / Concrete) is an advanced thermoplastic material designed to obtain realistic effects imitating natural stone or raw architectural concrete. This formula is based on a light gray polymer saturated with darker microparticles. This structure of the composition gives the finished printout a matte, non-uniform appearance, which extremely effectively masks the micro-boundaries of horizontal incremental layers.
Despite the advanced visual effect, the filament retains the legendary, intuitive ease of use - it is friendly to people taking their first steps in the world of FDM technology, as well as to advanced design studios. It is characterized by exceptionally smooth extrusion, excellent interlayer adhesion and negligible thermal shrinkage (low warping), which eliminates the problem of edge deformation and allows for stable printing without the need to use a closed working chamber. It is an unrivaled choice for printing architectural models, artistic sculptures, flower pots, decorative elements, housings and designer utility items. The product works with the vast majority of open 3D printers on the market.
Why is it worth choosing the Smart Print PLA Marble Concrete stone filament?
- Realistic structural effect: Subtle particles embedded in the PLA matrix perfectly imitate the appearance of concrete or polished marble, eliminating the traditional plastic gloss of prints.
- Beginner friendly: Extremely easy to calibrate and highly tolerant of minor fluctuations in temperature settings. It adheres perfectly to the work platform without any special chemicals.
- Safe for standard nozzles: The stone-imitating microparticles used do not have abrasive (abrasive) properties - the material can be safely printed on regular brass nozzles with a diameter of 0.4 mm and above.
- Rigorous dimensional precision: Strict production control ensures a constant line diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance of 0.03 mm, which guarantees even polymer flow and eliminates the risk of clogging the extruder.
Technical parameters and print settings:
Filament diameter: 1.75 mm (geometric tolerance: ± 0.03 mm) Color/Effect: Marble Concrete (Marble and concrete gray with particles) Net weight of the material: 1.0 kg (gross weight: ~1.3 kg) Nozzle Temperature (Nozzle): 185°C – 215°C (suggested starting value: 200°C) Table temperature (Bed): 25°C – 60°C (no need to use high temperatures) Spool dimensions: Outer diameter: 195 mm | Centering hole: 75 mm Producer / Country of origin: Imagine s.c., Cholerzyn (Poland)
Compatibility with 3D printers:
The material works with Open Spool devices (supporting materials from any manufacturer) and does not require coded authorization chips.
Fully compatible with devices from leading brands:
• Creality (Ender, CR, K1 series) • Prusa (i3 MK3S+, MK4, Mini) • Bambu Lab (P1P, P1S, X1C, A1 series) • Anycubic • Artillery • Flashforge • Elegoo • Voxellab and any other FDM/FFF designs equipped with Direct or Bowden extruders.
Packaging information and operating instructions:
The filament is wound on a stiff, stable spool, which ensures smooth unwinding of the thread by extruders without the risk of jams. The whole thing is factory-packed and hermetically sealed in a barrier foil in a vacuum cover with a fresh moisture absorber (silica gel), which fully protects the polymer against degradation during transport.
Operating tip: To obtain the most natural, rough and matte concrete effect, it is recommended to optimally select the print cooling temperature (100% airflow) and avoid too high nozzle temperatures, which could unnecessarily shine the base polymer. Before starting work, it is recommended to traditionally degrease the worktable surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Once opened, it is recommended to store the spool in a dry environment with a moisture absorber to avoid stringing.
