The filament is wound on a stiff, stable spool, which guarantees smooth unwinding of the thread by Direct and Bowden extruders. The whole thing was vacuum packed with a special moisture absorber (silica gel), which protects the polymer against degradation and hydrolysis during transport and storage.

Operating tip: Although Smart Print PLA has little hygroscopicity, after finishing work, it is recommended to store the spool in a tightly closed string bag with a moisture absorber. This will prevent stringing from occurring during subsequent printing sessions. If the first layer does not adhere optimally to the table, it is recommended to wash the working surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or use a dedicated adhesive agent.
