Choose uncompromising mechanical strength, thermal resistance and pure form of the raw material. Nebula ABS 702 filament in a natural version (Natural / without added dyes) is an advanced construction material made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, created for demanding engineering prototypes, functional parts and details intended for further processing and painting.
The lack of artificial pigments allows for maintaining maximum purity of the polymer base, which translates into excellent interlayer adhesion and reduced processing shrinkage. The improved Nebula ABS 702 formula ensures full dimensional stability of the created models. Ready-made prints are perfect for mechanical processing (grinding, drilling, milling) and chemical smoothing with acetone vapor.
Main advantages of the Nebula ABS 702 filament:
- Thermal and mechanical resistance: Elements maintain stiffness and geometry at elevated temperatures and under dynamic loads.
- Pure Natural base: The lack of dyes guarantees optimal consistency of the material and is an excellent, neutral base for painting and applying technical coatings.
- Versatile post-processing: Trouble-free mechanical processing (grinding, drilling, threading) and chemical smoothing with acetone vapor to a mirror shine.
- Low processing shrinkage: Modern composition reduces shrinkage stresses and prevents edge deformation on the work table.
- Compact 0.5 kg spool: Convenient format for unit prototypes, technological tests and smaller series of details.
