Product Description
Filament Nebula ASA 301 Green Green UV Outdoor 1.75mm 1kg
Filament Nebula ASA 301 1.75 mm | Green | 1kg (1000g)
Choose uncompromising resistance to UV radiation, changing weather conditions and the highest mechanical durability. Nebula ASA 301 filament in a classic shade of green (Green) on a full 1 kg spool is a professional technical thermoplastic based on acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate, created especially for outdoor elements, automotive details and outdoor installation casings.
Unlike standard ABS, Nebula's ASA 301 material is completely resistant to photoaging and solar degradation - the models do not fade, turn yellow or crumble under the influence of long-term sunlight, rain or frost. The material is characterized by excellent impact strength, chemical resistance and an aesthetic, glossy surface. The printed components are perfect for mechanical processing (grinding, milling, drilling) and chemical smoothing in acetone vapor.
Main advantages of the Nebula ASA 301 filament:
- Unrivaled resistance to UV and weather: No structural degradation and maintaining stable, saturated greenery despite constant exposure to sun and moisture.
- Designed for outdoor and automotive applications: Perfect choice for body parts, car mounts, sensor housings, cameras and garden architecture.
- High mechanical and chemical resistance: Resistance to impacts, shock loads and direct contact with aggressive chemicals and lubricants.
- Wide finishing options: Simple grinding, drilling, polishing and chemical smoothing with acetone vapor to a smooth shine.
- 1 kg universal spool: Standard, efficient format ensuring convenience and continuity of medium and large technical projects.
