Silk Tri-Color materials are extremely easy to process, but the intensity of the final gloss and the stability of the multi-tone effect depend directly on the thermal parameters and printing speed. The following data are recommended guidelines:

• Head temperature (hotend): 200°C - 230°C (Tip: A higher temperature in this range usually allows you to obtain the maximum, almost mirror-like shine of the polymer from the material, while a lower temperature gives a more matte-satin finish)

• Table temperature (bed): 40°C – 60°C

• Print cooling: 80-100% (Intensive fan airflow helps maintain impeccable geometry of details, sharp edges and smooth overhangs)

• Tip regarding thread guidance: To obtain the most stable, consistent and predictable distribution of three colors on the surface of the model, it is worth ensuring that the filament does not twist axially between the spool and the extruder when fed to the machine. The material does not have abrasive properties - standard brass nozzles can be used without any problems (recommended diameter min. 0.4 mm).
