The specially designed optical structure of the polymer perfectly disperses light on the edges of the models, thanks to which the micro-boundaries of individual layers and the nozzle transition lines become visually masked and the finished details gain a perfect, factory-like appearance (end-use quality). The use of proprietary optical and structural inhibitors guarantees absolute color repeatability and noticeably increases the mechanical resistance of ready-made models. Recommendations and suggested print settings:

Filaments from the Smart Print PLA series are extremely versatile and have a wide processing window. For optimal technical and visual results, it is recommended to use the following operating parameters:

• Head temperature (hotend): 185°C - 215°C (Meta modification allows for stable printing in a wide temperature range; lower temperatures in this range favor deeper matting of the surface)

• Bed temperature: 25°C - 60°C (These materials have excellent adhesion, however, heating the platform to approximately 50-60°C ensures 100% thermal stability when printing large-sized elements)

• Print cooling: 80-100% (Intensive fan airflow facilitates precise mapping of sharp edges, arcs and flawless printing of bridges and overhangs)

• Hardware tip (Nozzle): The material does not contain any hard structural particles or fibers and is therefore non-abrasive. It can be used completely safely and without restrictions with standard, popular brass nozzles with a diameter of 0.4 mm and above.
