The visual structure of the material has been enriched with irregularly distributed, dark microparticles, which, after printing, perfectly imitate the appearance of authentic, hewn marble or sculptural sandstone.

Smart Print PLA is an extremely friendly material, smooth in processing and perfect for beginners and advanced 3D printing enthusiasts. Thanks to the use of special, modern inhibitors, the filament has gained increased mechanical resistance and excellent color durability. It has excellent interlayer adhesion and minimal shrinkage (minimal warping), which allows for stable and repeatable printing of large objects without fear of deformation. The unique, matte-stone texture of the surface finish perfectly masks layer boundaries, eliminating the need for time-consuming post-processing (grinding or painting). This filament is ideal for printing replicas of sculptures, architectural models, stucco elements, vases, flower pots, interior decoration items and unique everyday gadgets.

Recommendations and suggested print settings:

To obtain the best visual results of stone imitation and maximum layer adhesion, it is recommended to use the following configuration settings:

• Nozzle temperature: 185°C - 215°C (Recommended starting point is approx. 200°C)

• Table temperature (Heated bed): 25°C - 60°C (For glass or PEI coated platforms, the optimal temperature is 50-60°C; with appropriate adhesive agents, cold printing is possible)

• Print cooling: 100% (Intensive blowing recommended to obtain sharp contours and impeccable overhangs)

• ⚠️ Operational tip (Nozzle): Particles imitating marble are fine and ground in a way that is safe for components. The material can be successfully printed on standard 0.4 mm diameter brass nozzles, although for long-term projects or 0.2/0.3 mm nozzles, vigilance is recommended to avoid potential blockages.
