Thanks to the advanced modification of the polymer base and the use of special structural inhibitors, Smart Print PLA+ has increased resistance to cracking, excellent bonding of layers and minimal thermal shrinkage (minimal warping). The modern New Pink shade is characterized by purity and excellent color saturation, giving the finished models a smooth, satin-aesthetic finish without streaks. Recommendations and suggested print settings:

Due to the reinforced polymer base of the PLA+ series, to obtain optimal melting and the highest mechanical strength of bonds, it is recommended to use slightly higher operating temperatures than with standard PLA:

• Nozzle temperature: 200°C - 220°C (The recommended starting point is approx. 210°C to obtain the perfect balance of aesthetics and durability)

• Table temperature (Heated bed): 50°C – 60°C (To ensure a stable grip of the first layer on glass, textured tables or PEI sheets)

• Print cooling: 100% (Intensive blowing from the second layer allows you to maintain perfect geometry of sharp details and impeccable overhangs)

• Compatibility with nozzles: The material does not contain abrasive particles and is 100% safe for all types of brass, steel or coated nozzles with diameters from 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm.
