Smart Print TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) in a deep, classic Black color is a professional, flexible engineering filament with high resistance to abrasion and mechanical wear. Thanks to special inhibitors, the material is characterized by increased structural strength and excellent color depth and stability. Optimally selected hardness parameters of 95A on the Shore scale make the material perfectly combine the desired elasticity of rubber with the ease of printing similar to classic rigid materials. The deep black shade gives the finished prints a professional, factory look. It is an ideal choice for the production of seals, washers, flexible protective cases, bumpers and durable mounting brackets.

• High flexibility and shape memory (Hardness 95A): The material has excellent ability to control stretching and compression. Details made of it easily withstand repeated mechanical deformations, returning to their original geometry without cracks and permanent deformations.
• Extreme wear resistance: The use of advanced structural inhibitors guarantees excellent resistance to abrasion, friction, dynamic impacts and material fatigue, which allows for long-term use of prints in difficult workshop and industrial conditions.

Important working tip: Flexible materials require a lower printing speed and a properly routed, tight filament path in the extruder to obtain the best results (the best results are achieved on systems with Direct Drive).
