Smart Print TPU filament | Yellow | Hardness 95A | 1.75mm | 1kg

Bring flexibility and rubber durability to your engineering projects. Smart Print TPU in a bright, yellow (Yellow) color is an advanced thermoplastic elastomer, characterized by high flexibility and excellent resistance to abrasion, cracking and mechanical wear. The filament has an optimal hardness for 3D printing of 95A on the Shore scale, which makes it an ideal material for the production of seals, washers, flexible cases, bumpers and shock-absorbing mountings. Enriching the formula with special structural inhibitors guarantees increased durability and deep, lasting saturation of the yellow pigment, which does not fade during use.

Properties and printing tips:

  • High flexibility and hardness 95A: The material allows for precise printing of rubber parts that can be repeatedly compressed and bent, without the risk of permanent deformation or tearing.
  • Durability and color inhibitors: Advanced additives protect the material against aging, weather conditions and protect the intense yellow color against fading.
  • Technical recommendations: Due to the flexible nature of polyurethane (TPU), to obtain perfect results, it is recommended to reduce the printing speed and ensure a short, well-guided filament path in the extruder (preferably Direct Drive).
  • High dimensional accuracy: Rigorous control of the 1.75 mm line diameter (with a tolerance of up to ±0.03 mm) ensures stable, repeatable and uniform material flow during operation.
