Filament Nebula ASA 301 Natural UV Outdoor 1.75mm 1kg
Product Description
Filament Nebula ASA 301 Natural Natural UV Outdoor 1.75mm 1kg
Filament Nebula ASA 301 1.75 mm | Natural (Natural / Ivory) | 1kg (1000g)
Choose the pure form of the raw material, uncompromising resistance to UV radiation and maximum durability in changing environmental conditions. Nebula ASA 301 filament in a natural version (Natural / without added dyes) on a full spool of 1 kg is a professional technical thermoplastic based on acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate, created for outdoor applications, advanced engineering prototyping and automotive parts.
The Natural version offers a raw, slightly milky shade of ivory, which is a pure polymer base, which guarantees excellent processing consistency and perfect susceptibility to subsequent varnishing. Unlike standard ABS, ASA 301 is not subject to photoaging - prints do not turn yellow or crumble under the influence of sunlight, rain or frost. The material is characterized by high impact strength, chemical resistance and is excellent for mechanical processing and smoothing in acetone vapor.
Main advantages of the Nebula ASA 301 filament:
- Pure Natural base: The lack of artificial pigments facilitates precise control of the processing process and is an excellent base for professional painting and varnishing.
- Complete resistance to UV and weather conditions: Models retain their original molecular structure and strength without the risk of degradation in the open air.
- Outdoor and prototype use: Indispensable in the production of solar installation housings, external sensors, car mounts and technical mock-ups.
- High mechanical and chemical strength: Excellent resistance to impact, cracking and contact with acids, alkalis and industrial oils.
- Advanced post-processing: Hassle-free grinding, milling, threading and chemical smoothing with acetone vapor to a mirror finish.
