Discover engineered composite durability without the addition of artificial dyes. Nebula ASA KEVLAR filament in a natural version (Natural) on a 0.8 kg spool is an innovative combination of acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate thermoplastic with cut aramid fibers (Kevlar). The material was created with the most demanding construction details, functional prototypes and components working in direct exposure to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors in mind.

The Natural version displays an authentic, raw polymer base with visible, noble Kevlar fiber reinforcement, constituting an excellent base for further painting or specialized assembly. Reinforcement with aramid fibers radically reduces processing shrinkage, ensuring exceptional stiffness, dimensional stability and resistance to abrasion and impact - without the need to print in a closed chamber. Due to the abrasive nature of Kevlar fibers, it is recommended to use a hardened nozzle (made of hardened steel, ruby ​​steel or tungsten carbide) when working with the material.

• Aramid fiber reinforcement (Kevlar): Gives prints extreme resistance to impacts, impact cracking and mechanical abrasive wear.
• Pure Natural base: Natural, slightly beige/ivory shade of the raw material with a technical, matte finish that effectively masks layer lines.
• Full resistance to UV and external environment: The ASA matrix is not subject to solar degradation or photoaging, does not crumble and maintains its parameters outdoors.
• Low processing shrinkage: The presence of fibers eliminates internal stresses and limits the deformation of models (warping), which facilitates printing on open structures.
• Thermal and chemical stability: Parts retain their geometry at elevated temperatures and are resistant to contact with oils, greases and chemicals.
