This gives you two applications: as an easy-to-print material for quick prototyping or - after heating - as a highly durable construction material that equals or even exceeds the parameters of ABS.

The process of controlled heat treatment (heating/annealing) crystallizes the polymer structure, increasing the thermal resistance of the finished detail to an impressive 140°C and drastically increasing its impact strength and bending resistance. After heating, the surface of the model gains an elegant, satin finish with a professional appearance. Before heating, the prints retain their natural gloss, perfect geometry and no warping. The standard 1 kg spool is a universal choice for precision housings, high temperature fixtures and advanced technical prototypes.
