The silver shade is distinguished by a noble, satin surface finish, which works perfectly with light and naturally masks the micro-boundaries of subsequent incremental layers. The improved rheology of the melt makes subsequent polymer paths bond together with enormous strength, which minimizes the risk of delamination of the model under load. It is a reliable choice for printing functional elements, crack-resistant prototypes, housings, mountings and everyday details exposed to constant stress. The product was manufactured in Poland by Imagine s.c. and is fully compatible with most FDM/FFF 3D printers.

Recommendations and suggested print settings:

Filaments from the PLA+ series have a slightly higher temperature window compared to the standard version due to the presence of strength modifiers.

• Print cooling: It is recommended to set the airflow at 80-100%. High airflow efficiency facilitates precise mapping of sharp edges and bridges and eliminates deformations of small elements of the body.

• Preparation of the table: Before starting work, it is recommended to traditionally degrease the surface of the work platform with isopropyl alcohol (IPA).

• Hardware tip (Nozzle): The material does not contain hard structural particles and does not have abrasive (abrasive) properties. It can be completely safely used with standard brass nozzles with a diameter of 0.4 mm and above, without fear of accelerated wear of the extruder components.

Packaging and storage information:

The filament is precisely and evenly wound on a stiff spool, which eliminates the risk of thread tangling and jamming during long work sessions. Each spool is factory-packed and hermetically packed in a barrier foil in a vacuum cover with an active moisture absorber (silica gel). After opening the package, it is recommended to store the material in a dry place or in a tight container with an absorbent to prevent the formation of threads (stringing) and maintain the perfect structure of the satin surface.
