Nebula NYLON PA12 CF15 filament in deep matte carbon color (Black) on an enlarged 2.5 kg spool is an advanced composite combining a durable polyamide 12 matrix (PA12) and a 15% content of chopped carbon fibers (Carbon Fiber). It was developed specifically for professional industrial, automotive, aviation and printing frames of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).

The presence of carbon fibers drastically increases the structural stiffness of the material, ensuring an exceptional ratio of mechanical strength to weight and high resistance to dynamic loads and abrasion. The PA12 base guarantees reduced moisture absorption and full stability in contact with grease, oil and fuel. The finished elements have a technical, deep matte finish that perfectly masks the joints of the layers. The large roll of 2.5 kg allows for large-scale prints or long series without the need to frequently re-equip the machine. Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibers, the use of a hardened nozzle (e.g. hardened steel, tungsten carbide) is required.
