Nebula NYLON PA12 CF15 filament in a deep, matte shade of carbon (Black) on a powerful 8 kg industrial spool is an advanced premium composite material combining a base of polyamide 12 (PA12) and a 15% admixture of chopped carbon fibers (Carbon Fiber). It was created specifically for automated continuous work in industrial 3D printing farms, production of elements for the motorsport, aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) industries.

The addition of 15% carbon fibers ensures an unrivaled stiffness to weight ratio and excellent impact and abrasion resistance, while minimizing processing shrinkage. Polyamide PA12 is also characterized by extremely low hygroscopicity (compared to PA6) and excellent resistance to oils, greases, fuels and other aggressive chemicals. Ready-made prints are characterized by a noble, deeply matte surface with a technical structure that eliminates the visibility of subsequent layers. The 8 kg mega spool guarantees hundreds of hours of uninterrupted printing without the risk of downtime to change material. Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibers, the use of a hardened nozzle (hardened steel, ruby ​​steel or tungsten carbide) is required.
